Project Brief

The works comprise the construction of 9 Kilometers single carriageway and a guard room within Rowdat Al Faras Farm in Al Khor Area at the intersection between the North Road and Al Zubara Road and comprise the construction of infrastructure works including the following:

• Site Clearance
• Earthworks, preparation to road formation;
• Granular sub-base
• Asphalt Works
• Kerbing Works
• Traffic signs and road markings
• Public utility services: provision for future services; diversions and protection of existing:
  • Water works
  • Electricity works
  • Street lighting
