Project Brief |
Carry out concrete paving, asphalt paving, and hard landscape in site A, B, QAPCO complex, Mesaieed. Perform design works for the paving course and geometric design for the asphalt parking area. Also includes lighting for area 1, 2 and hard landscape for are 3 & 4. Areas 1 & 2 are concrete paving to sustain the loads of full and empty container. Area 3 is asphalt car, bus and truck parking, while are 4 is hard landscape, roundabout and two-U-Turns. Provide for all services and works required for performing/completing the following: Structure design for concrete paving and lighting pole foundation. Soil investigation and survey works. Demolishing works. Geometric and course design for the asphalt paving area. Layout design for the landscape area. Procurement of all materials including expediting and inspection. Fabrication and installation. Show Drawings. Construction, Construction Management and Supervision. QA/QC activities (inspection, testing, third party inspection) as per QCS. Temporary site facilities. Commissioning and Performance Tests. As-Built drawings in CAD format The Scope of WORK for the Contract comprised the design, detailed engineering, procurement , construction, testing and commissioning of the following: Concrete paving for storage areas 1 & 2 of 3,700 m2 and 14,000 m2 respectively. Area lighting for the above areas using 25 m high mast and 1,000 W light fittings. New car, bus and truck parking area of about 5,500 m2 approximately Edge and raised Kerbstone, and interlock tiling works. Road marking and traffic signs works. |
