Project Location The DN099 Al Ebb and Leabaib - Package 05 scheme is located approximately within Zone 70 of Qatar Area Referencing System (QARS), approximately 11.8km North-West of the centre of Doha, on the Eastern side of Al Shamal Road. The site boundary for Package 01 is defined to the east by DN099 Al Ebb and Leabaib - Package 05, to the south by Duhail Street, to the north by DN099 Al Ebb and Leabaib - Packages 03 and 02 and to the west by Al Shamal Road. The Package 01 covers an area of approximately 243.60 ha. The total DN099 Al Ebb and Leabaib has been split into 5 packages for tendering. The existing site is approximately 80% developed, with a mix of existing residential villas and compounds, commercial developments, schools, mosques, park land and open space. Main Scope To provide full infrastructure to the project area, including improved roads, surface water network, foul sewer, landscape and TSE, and other required utilities. |
